About Us
Headquartered in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, NEOS is the European standard for modern financing in the private debt lending segment. It has successfully originated transactions, aided by an extensive sourcing network, and attracted prominent investors such as Pension Funds, Investment Managers, Private Equity Firms, and Banks.
Our underwriting process utilizes various applications of the proprietary NEOS Credit Analytic Model, NCAM, to cover the full value chain; origination, underwriting, credit and impact analysis, legal documentation, and portfolio monitoring.
Our disciplined underwriting processes, risk management, governance, and compliance practices resulted in us consistently outperforming Moody’s equivalent model portfolio assumptions.
NEOS has been increasingly been contracted to arrange program-based funding for a series of businesses in ESG compatible themes such as Energy, Sustainable Manufacturing, Housing, and Waste to Energy Conversion.
NEOS has seen that the ESG compatible theme-based business provide an opportunity to drive sustainability and achieve market returns.
